1. Introduction

We sell magnetic levitation decorative products, including levitation ornaments, lamps and home decor. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information you submit during checkout is true, accurate and complete.

3. Product & Pricing Information

We make every effort to ensure product photos, descriptions, specifications and prices are accurate. Minor color differences may exist due to screen display variations, which are not product defects. All prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include international duties, taxes or customs fees, which may be charged by your local customs authority. You are responsible for these extra charges. Product stock is limited. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock.

4. Ordering & Order Cancellation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We accept your order once payment is confirmed. You may cancel your order within 1 hour after placing the order for free. After this 1-hour window, the order enters packing and shipping workflow and free cancellation is unavailable. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing information, out-of-stock items, or invalid shipping addresses.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment methods displayed on our checkout page. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by logistics, customs clearance, weather or force majeure events. We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays. The shipping address you provide must be complete and correct. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by wrong or incomplete addresses provided by you.

7. Return, Refund & Warranty

Our return and refund rules are stated in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to apply for return & refund. All returned items must remain unused, with original packaging and full accessories intact. Magnetic levitation products are precision goods. Damage caused by improper operation, dropping, strong magnetic interference or self-disassembly is not covered by return or warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, product photos, logos, graphics and design on this website belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the website for any illegal purpose
Hack, disrupt or damage our website system
Submit false information, fake reviews or fraudulent orders
Copy our product pictures and descriptions for commercial use

10. Limitation of Liability

Our products are for home decoration use only. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from your use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, customs shutdown, logistics suspension.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved under applicable law.
